About Me

Hi, I'm Linda Salamin, the founder of Communica. 

Here's what I do.

I help professionals bridge the gap between language, culture, and confident communication.

I'm an American-Swiss, bilingual English-French linguist​ with years of experience training executives and teams across Switzerland and beyond. I've worked with leaders from industries such as banking, healthcare, winemaking, steel, human resources and many more to speak and write with authority, acquire cross-cultural intelligence and build confidence in their skills.

I am preparing new offerings in AI readiness.

I am expanding my work into AI readiness communication. Currently, I am completing specialized BSI training in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI readiness, with the goal of adjusting to the growing need of Swiss SMEs: to understand  and communicate what responsible AI means for their organizations, employees and international stakeholders.
