How do I sign up for a program?

You will receive a confirmation and I will send you an email with access to my calendar so you can choose the days and times best for you. Then we begin the Zoom sessions and the coaching begins!

What is the cancellation and reimbursement policy if the program doesn't suit me?

Yes, you can get an 80% reimbursement if you cancel after the first session. Given the free Discovery call and our customized offerings, cancellations are rare.

How are the sessions conducted?

All coaching sessions begin with your present situation and needs. From there, adapted resources are used and could include: checklists, videos, case studies, and articles, to name a few. I also try to use your company resources where appropriate such as your company literature, emails, and presentations.
